Used to convert boundary or node feature of one topology layer to a boundary or node feature of another topology layer.

The tool only operates on boundary or node features that are members of the active layer. It moves these selected items to another layer and regenerates appropriate faces as necessary for all effected layers. This command will not operate in a single layer project.

There are three ways to change features:

• Individually, via manual accept/reject sequence
• By selection set
• By Fence, using the toolbox toggle
